Refund policy
Due to the nature of antiques, collectibles, paintings and jewelry we do not offer a return policy.
We are happy to send as many photos and videos as are necessary to make sure you see the object as clearly as you need prior to purchase. We can also make a detailed report on the condition of the artwork including a live inspection via video call.

The shipping, packaging and insurance as well as return charges shall be borne by the buyer and under certain circumstances a 25% re-stocking fee shall be applied.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or broken so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please purchase shipping insurance to cover the cost of any damage. Not responsible for services rendered by third parties nor for any damage caused by third parties.
